Chilli Massala Indian/bangladeshi Take-away

I used to order from here a couple of years ago and it was good food. Must have new owner as food is disgusting now. Someone named Yaqob has put their name on a mega chicken burger. Brave guy as this was made from the lowest grade chicken patty and chicken tenders. Big blob of tasteless sauce and cheese that basically disappeared into the cheap bun. Brown lettuce really added to how **** this was. Served with low grade fries, stuffed in box with burger and sealed with plastic wrap. So meal was a big, soggy vile brick of junk my dogs turned away from. Order of specialty fries with onion, cheese and egg. Same issue as above. Brick of ****. Order of mixed meats. Lamb and chicken were tender and moist but lacked any flavour. Kofta was heavily salted and horrible. I ordered from their ap. Reviews showed nothing but 5 and 4 ratings on ap. I sent pretty much this same review to them and a message pops up stating they will review it. Still not on their site, so obviously the ratings are posted to make them look good. This place needs to stop ripping people off by serving such low grade food.

Tried them for the first time looking at reviews on trip adviser just put in the bin. this is the worst indian takeaway i have ever had, the taste was bad and even the nan bread was covered in grease. if you like indian food don't order here trust me its terrible.

Food was great Lots of it Good price We had it delivered and the chap was really friendly Only bad bit took 1 1/2 hours to arrive from order Yes will use again

Been using Chilli Massala for years as my Takeaway, always friendly, large portions and excellent value, their web site is great for pre ordering

We treat ourselves to a curry from here every couple of months and have never been disappointed by the delicious flavours,hearty ingredients,hot(temperature)food delivered to us. Delivery guy (young man) always remembers who we are,arrives with a smile and if has time loves a chat !! Has also apologised if running late with the order. Shame that on last two occasions,when telephoning the order through the gentleman who answers phone has been very rude and actually put the phone down before I'd finished asking about price/delivery time. Will continue to use them, But might try through their website or Just Eat App so I don't have to speak to that man ever again.
