Hachi Hana - North Vancouver

Authentic and intimate with lots of variety. We were a large group with many orders. Prompt service and decent prices. Highly recommended.

Been coming here since it opened many, many years ago. Easily the best place for authentic Japanese cuisine on Lonsdale. As far as I can remember, Hachi Hana was one of the first sushi restaurants to open on Lonsdale there were many back then and there are many now. Competition is fierce and you can certainly find a less expensive experience elsewhere on Lonsdale but this place serves the best quality sushi. A bit cramped for space most restaurants have this issue on Lonsdale and a little too pricey as an everyday work lunch place, but certainly worth treating yourself and others if authentic Japanese food is what you're after.

The best sushi I've had in North vancouver. Never disappointed.The quality is top tier, and the Chefs(owner) take pride in their food.The service is always friendly and smooth. Plus the atmosphere is always clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend. ?

Great sushi, nice cosy atmosphere. It is pricey though, with even basic vegetable maki starting at $5.

Been here a couple times. Friendly staff serving fresh tasting food. I really enjoy their Tuna Tataki, Salmon Carpaccio, and Bluefin Sashimi. Their rolls are excellent as well!
