Was charged £7.30 for small sausage chips curry sauce. Chips were dry cold. The woman serving me ignored me for a few minutes while she asked/shouted at someone on other side of counter to go to aldi to get her some fruit veg. Over priced awful food from a rude ignorant staff member I definitely won't be back!!

Had to wait well over an hour for a missing item to be delivered. I was told a refund was not possible at all despite a missing item that 's illegal. Thick raw batter on fish; soggy batter on fish bite and sausage (the menu says special crispy batter , this is wrong); food was not hot. I spoke to a woman on the phone the first time who was very abrupt, rude and completely ignored one of my questions. A really bad experience, very poor food and no regard or care for customer satisfaction.

Service is atrocious. I thought I was invisible. Rude and more rude. It's not hard to say hello when someone is standing in front of you.

Bad service did not know how to salt viniger fish and chips . Covered fish in salt nothing on chips . Offered large or small with no regular size and staff was worste service ever had 1 out of 10
