We dined on catfish, fried green tomatoes, smack and cheese, sweet potatoes and green beans. It was great.

I've been to Midwest Eats twice and both times I was extremely satisfied. I am really big on service more than anything and I was given outstanding service both times. They greet you with smiles and are very attentive. I had the Cajun Catfish and OMG. So good! The ambiance is the cherry on top. Definitely will be back.

I was able to book this establishment for a catering event for a New Year celebration for my staff held in Hobart, IN. Not only was the food savory, flavorful, and pleasant it was also appealing to the eye. My staff could not get enough of the food and had nothing but great words and full bellies. It was a joy with working with this company and could not have asked for a better menu. Our event consisted of lamb chops, salmon, smoked chicken, sautéed vegetables and more. My staff truly enjoyed the food and could not have asked for anything better.Thank you!

Catfish was on par! Nice large fillets and fresh tasting, too. Now, I eat my catfish with tarter sauce but prefer horseradish sauce, as I'm not a hot sauce fan. They didn't have tarter sauce, but that's minor. Oh, the peach cobbler was fantastic.
