Tim Hortons - North Tonawanda

Good place probably one of the best Tim?s in the area I say this because there is less mess ups and if there is the manager makes it right! I highly recommend this place! The girl with the hijab makes an excellent cup of coffee! The manager is great and most of the time they have enouph product! This is my go to tims!

First time ever trying Tim's. Everything was delicious and fresh. The chili won me over, great dipping it with bread. Sandwich was decent.

Went to the drive thru on my way to work. I work nights so it is very convenient to go there cuz i pass by it every night. Craving a blt sandwich( yummy) and an apple friter( my favorite) and an unsweetened iced tea. Everything was great except the iced tea, it had mold at the bottom of the cup. I didn't see it till i got to work. YUCK! Wasted my money on a drink that i couldn't even drink! Had to buy another drink at work. Needless to say....i will not be back!!!!!

PLASTIC IN MY BAGEL!!!! How is this acceptable? You go to a restaurant expecting to be able to atleast eat the food, and there?s plastic in it?? Very disappointing. This location specifically has been steadily going down the tubes.

Fortunately for me this is the closest Tim's to me and ALWAYS getting my order right. They are always fast and deliver the best coffee. Consistency is key, and I get it here... Great staff, thank you.
