Bidrage med feedbackA group of us decided to go to this caffe because we were close to our 40th party. it wasn't too late to be exactly 9.30 clock and they were still open. when we sat down, the chair of my man was broken (the feathers were broken, so that he fell into the chair and made it uncomfortable) so he decided to get another chair from an adjacent table that was empty. a waitress came to us and told my man immediately that he did not move chairs. we asked why, she said, because the other table behind us might not be able to stand up. there were no other people in the caffe then. my man explained it was broken. she said exasperatiw fine and went away. we thought that was kind of weird, but didn't pay for heed. as a birthday party we ordered cake, and we politely asked if it were a game or lighter, we could trench. she gave us one. no more than two seconds that the candle was blown, she came back and said: are you finished with the lighter?' in a not too satisfied ton. we gave it back politely and thanked her when she quickly left. At 10 o'clock a group of women came in with their children and sat behind us. we talked and eat our cake when the same waitress came and asked if she could clean our table. I said we still eat the cake. she went in front of goggles and sat away and stood there while we eat our cake! this is my absolute pet hat. it's just the height of rudeness to stand over us so that we feel like we have to eat and leave ours. we asked when the caffe closes (on the website it says 11 o'clock,) she said: "we close in the rule 9.30 o'clock 10.30 o'clock) I said further: "so you will push them out, which points to the group behind us. I mentioned that they only arrived and they have taken their orders. our group didn't want to make a lust for one, so we ate the rest of our cake while this rude waitress was standing over us with a attitude. sure to say we will never go back to this facility, not only were their cakes expensive for what they were, the furniture not even in the working condition and we couldn't move them! the victorious reason for us, never coming back is the waitress who served us without warning what the customer service meant. I recommend this place no one, they are somewhere else not worth the money or headaches.
I've been regular for many years. we drive to the thai road that ends at the cc. on Friday 31st May, we announced at 10.15 cc. it is all the more annoying to be open until 11 o'clock. I was told they decided to close early. then they say on their website we close at 10 o'clock on Friday we are your broth butter. just treat them. so disappointed. sharmini
I visited this place together with my partner. this place has a comfortable seating opportunity with very good menu. I felt that it was lacking warmth, from the employees to the customers. I ordered a celestial beacon, but as I was through the piece the celestial dint. ozed out, as there was freezed and there was a raspberry commercial in the middle and the cold temperature it cured. little disappointed we also ordered chocolate hazelnut dome, that was good. there is a lot in her menu that is worth a try. I hope that will be added to positiw.
Immersed for a quick afternoon coffee and was impressed by the Dessert menu. decided to stay only on a coffee and an iron mocha. great drinks and it was nice sitting at the outside tables on the first sunny day in a few weeks. However, it was very disappointed that the workers who took us apart from the table a smoker break, despite smoking against the law in the nsw in the areas where food is served.
My friend and I spontaneously decided to grab a coffee at this place after lunch. When we approached the counter, the man behind it seemed odd. He didn't greet us and just stood there staring at his register. He then directed us to where to sit. In a cafe setting, it is unusual for someone to tell customers where to sit instead of letting them choose their own spot for coffee. As we waited for our orders, another waiter walked by and was extremely rude to a man about sitting at a specific table. If the table was reserved, that's understandable, but there is a more polite way to inform someone rather than saying "don't sit here, you need to move tables." It was very impolite and rude.
