You choose your ingredients, they weigh them and you pay for what you choose. You then choose a soup, Malatang is their signature soup (which is a spicy beef bone broth soup). It does have MSG though, for those of you who are cautious. You pick up your soup when it’s ready (we waited less than 10mins), then you garnish as you like and enjoy. It is not a fancy place, you sit in a busy shopping centre on uncomfortable seats. But you don’t go for the atmosphere, you go for the soup. And it was good. Recommend.
