Dunkin' - North Riverside

Joining the 1 star club, what can I say. They have 4-5 people in the morning and they are very slow, not just that, they mess up your order. I have gone to locations with 2-3 people and they get orders out faster. The drive thru is so bad at times. Expect along wait, I have been coming for over 3 months and I don?t think the owner looks at these reviews. Do better Dunkin

When a group of students went to order, an employee decided there were too many of them and proceeded to flip them off, curse them out, and call the cops while recording them. Terrible service.

After the musical we went to Dunkin for a celebration then a lady flipped us off sayin to go home and not letting us in and it was 8 and closes at 10

This place is terrible. My daughter and her friends came here after a musical that they performed. When we got there the very rude employee refused to let us in even though according to the hours it was open. Then she recorded the children without consent. She later came out the back door, started yelling at us, and even flipped us off! I am absolutely disappointed and upset!

Our group of young actors and actresses all visited here tonight after the show and were locked out. The girl inside was extremely nasty and she called the police on us. Then she came out the backdoor yelling at us and flipped off all of us. I've been in management for over 20 years and this was the worst I have seen. Not only that, she was video recording minors without the parental consent. She was recording them on her cell phone and not through the company camera system. That's why this business just lost about $3000.00 in business. Used to go here before, but never giving them another cent of my money. If that worker was my employee, she would have been fired immediately. Terrible customer service here!!!!
