Smoothie King - North Richland Hills

The workers here are very friendly and helpful they waving my price bc I left my wallet at home

I would recommend using a different location, we’ve used this smoothie king in the past and I prefer the hurst one but the main reason is because today in the drive thru window I spoke with the manager about our coupon not working like it should have and she gave us attitude about it and then I also mention that I watched the girl who made our smoothie spit her chewing gum into her HAND with no gloves on and then threw it away and then proceeded to put on our smoothie lids and touch our smoothie ? and the managers response was nothing but attitude and didn’t even apologize. I can’t even believe this girl is qualified to be a manager of a place. Never going to that location again.

Smoothies were ok but not good, employees were nice but both of the smoothies were not fully blended and had chunks of ice and kale.

When I got their the girl was In a bad mood then she messed up my smoothie twice and kept adding ice and water and that made it worse and it’s chunky. Overall very Inconsistent experience.

This place is gross. Don’t go here. Do yourself a favor and drive to a better smoothie king or somewhere else.
