Jacky's Galaxie And Sushi

Loving the new menu! Food is so fresh and the new renovation is superb! Price is fair and the the food is absolutely delicious !! But please be aware DO NOT get the Vietnamese noodle soup!! Now for pho lovers you know what the real noodle soup consist of! This is just not it trust me! The soup is like package ramen noodle soup with very thin noodles and beef that were meant for stir frying coated with corn starch! Real pho and real noodle soup consist of fresh 8 hour simmered broth and fresh bone and meat. They shouldn't even try to offer that leave it alone or serve Chinese noodles soup and not Vietnamese. However everything else is a 10!

Sat at the bar for lunch. I got a two maki roll lunch special and an order of pan fried gyoza. Salad that came with the lunch was great. Sweet and simple, good size and really good ginger dressing. Sushi was very good, rolled nicely so it didn't break apart picking it up, and fresh. Gyoza was spot on. I think I enjoyed them most of all. They were perfectly seared with a little crunch on the folded side of the dumpling, not sure how else to phrase that. The girl tending bar was super nice, always checked in and refilled my drink without having to ask. Overall great spot I wouldn't have thought to go to without a friend mentioning it.

New favorite sushi and Chinese take out spot. Prices are fair and food is solid all around. Favorite thing we have tried so far is the wonton soup. My god, al dente dumplings?!? Usually the wontons are so soggy at other Chinese restaurants, but these are next level. Orange beef is great too.

Few friends went their a few times. Great atmosphere, very clean, nice dining and classy. We ordered some drinks and some odd drinks. Very tasty and strong. The food is more of an upscale Asia Grill. Some interesting food. Spring rolls are awesome and fresh. Service was pretty quick. Get their early. Definitely be back!

I have driven by this place multiple times but boy that was a mistake. Sushi was fresh and delicious, artfully displayed. Service was prompt and friendly and prices were affordable. I'll be back
