Bidrage med feedbackSlower than their typical mcdonald’s, but that’s worth waiting. the riders are actually warm and properly cooked. the same applies to the burger. it actually looks like it should be and not squeezed together and beaten together. I got the black coffee and it was really good. not burned or false mix from floor to water.
4 meals ordered, but had to move forward and wait 10 minutes (3 cars behind me got meal first.) not bad, must have made burger, because the pommes were warm, so not simply made. restaurants should ensure that if something hot is served, it should be the pommes.
Yes, the service is slow. it's busy. I expected that. but. there biscuits are fresh and out scratch. only a few places do this, so I think here is an early piece. my food is always fresh and tasty.
They were moderately busy, there was no one in the register to take our order, so we used the kiosk to order. then went to the register to pay in cash. after 10 minutes a dame appeared. I gave her a $50 bill for our $18.40 total. She didn't know how to make the change because she thought I had given her a $20. had to have a clear help. very short to the employees some not very happy customers wait to get their food. we tried to make time on the road that lost almost half an hour for us.
7/19/22 21:14 A reminder of why I hardly ever get McDonald’s(incompetent workers) Latino boy(karate kid) “employee” wearing black bandanna when asked how to order a Homestyle Burger on the kiosk because they don’t take orders at register , he replied crispy chicken sandwich, I said that’s not a burger.. I’m wanting a home style burger and again he said crispy chicken. I had to ask another employee because I thought maybe he was mentally challenged, they gave me a suggestion and I ordered a combo on the kiosk, it said to grab a number tent and type it in and set it on my table and that they would deliver it to me. When order was ready they hollered out my number instead of delivering it which wouldn’t have been a problem if they were busy or understaffed but there were plenty of employees standing around chatting instead of cleaning the lobby area where there wasn’t a clean table to sit at(I cleaned one) and the floor was nasty and sticky. The burger was ok, I specified one slice of cheese they put two slices and burger was thrown together sloppy, fries were stale, fountain drinks under carbonated had to purchase a drink at Love’s. I could’ve been lied to when I asked what crispy chickens name was but i was told it was Brandon. For the love of god Mickey D’s train your employees proper customer service(to listen) and make them learn the menu before putting them out to assist customers.
