Excellent Colombian Food, Wonderful Service and pleasant atmosphere.... I recommend this restaurant in a special way

I did not enjoy my dining experience at this restaurant. The waitress brought out different dishes than what we had ordered, and when we voiced our concerns, we were told we could either accept it or leave. Additionally, the bread we were served was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. We waited for the Chicharrón for 40 minutes only to be told it was not available. Overall, it was a disappointing meal.

Excellent food, very family-friendly and the food does not feel heavy. Tastes like home-cooked meals.

We tried this restaurant a few times when they first opened, and we were initially very satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food. The delivery service was also excellent. However, the last time my wife called, she was greeted as if she was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. It has been a couple of years since then, so we decided to give it another try on 2/27/2020. We wondered if there were new owners. When we called the restaurant's number, we found that the line was no longer in service.

The waitress served us dishes that were different from what we had ordered, and when we complained, she suggested we just leave it because adjusting the order would result in burnt or undercooked food. We waited 40 minutes for the chicharrón only to be told they were no longer available. I found this to be disrespectful, especially as we had come with our family to celebrate our anniversary and enjoy a meal that reminded us of home. The food we received was terrible, and I will not be returning to this restaurant.
