Unfortunately the staff were very rude staff and more than likely need to be trained properly in customer service. Both myself and my partner were dissatisfied and disappointed as we had travelled to get donuts from them and left empty handed after the way we were treated.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The server, a young lady, was quite rude and I ended up leaving before placing my order. Unfortunately, this resulted in them losing me as a customer.

We have been here a few times before and the staff have been polite but on visiting on Saturday, we were met with an aggressive manner. We understand that cafes and takeaway services are under pressure at the present time but being spoken to in a rude manner is really not on when we are the customers. There is no direction as to where to stand after ordering and you are made to feel as though you are an inconvience.

Lovely friendly K,s which along with others has had to endure Covid but carries on looking foreward to better times. Please give this place a visit and enjoy the friendly faces behind the counter.

We were only able to do takeout under the current rules, so we only popped in for some chips to warm us up. We were informed that they were cooked to order, so there was a short wait, but they ended up being some of the best chips I've ever had. The staff were friendly and they use environmentally friendly packaging, avoiding the use of polystyrene.
