Costa Coffee - North Norfolk

From a remarkably canceled dame called daniella or something. she didn't make any eye contact, didn't say, please or thank you, didn't say hello when we went to the counter, just incredibly rude. can not believe that someone who lacks such basic planes...of customer service and human skills can get a job in this otherwise great Costa store. Sorry, a real goodbye. the coffee also tasted burned.

Would be 0 if I could. eclectic environment with an rude and abrupt American dame serve. such slow service and then when they get their coffee its terrible tasting and very bitter. filthy tables all the time. after moving dirty used bags, I can actually sit down. very unprofessional! the male server never smiles, speaks barely and seems to make the others all the work while he ignores on his phone around the corner. almost as if they were an inconvenience. bad work ethic of what was seen during my visit there. will go from now on to another place.

Slow service. tables not cleaned. was not busy. no excuse. coffee was not the best I had from a costa either. it only needs more effort from the personal.

I think the open door policy of the costa for weep is essentially grounded and must be checked asap. once they seem to be confused and rush into the glass next to the door and finally disappear on the window of the dead. no mention. from one of them when they buy their puppy friendly sausages and wobble toasties and frothy cappuccino that their endless stripe-shaped self-mordmission will be close and personal when they are regrettable to choose the window seats. they come to costa I am not a david attenborough so I really don't need to see all this carnage to the lunchtime.

Staff are so friendly and polite always a pleasure to be served and the shop is always lovely and clean.
