We didn't come out for dinner, but they where very kind and let us ride the storm out. All the food that came out looked delicious. They advertise the best chicken in town, from the looks on the customers faces I believe this is true. I just thank them for the good courtesy and great vibes.
First class customer service. 100% Peruvian ingredients, food is as good as in Peru. Unbelievable taste. Chefs are so good. Plus: Clean tables and seats, family friendly, good music, TV, they have so many drinks and desserts, plus much more. 5 Stars for me, definitely coming back with my friends and family. Keep the good work guys!!!! ???????? Ps: Please try the beef fried rice.
I came here today (August 24, 2021) through the drive thru around 6:10 p.m. The cashier on the drive thru speaker didn 't even give me a chance to look at the menu. She simply kept asking me what do you want? . She didn 't even greet me upon my arrival she just kept saying What do you want? . Which was very rude and unwelcoming. I quickly ordered something without fully looking at the menu because the cashier was basically rushing me. I literally felt like I was beingdisrespected as a customer. After I placed my order I drove up to the drive thru window. I asked the cashier Do you accept scan pay ? . She replied yes. I decided to pay with my debit card instead. When I handed the Debit card to her, shelooked at me with a hateful look on her face. As if she didn 't want to accept my debit card. After the payment process, I literally waited almost 20 minutes at the drive-thru window for 1 meal. The cashier was very slow. The chicken was sosmall, it was mainly bones. The cashier didn 't provide me with any utensils nor napkins. This was literally my worst experience here. I will NOT come back here.
One first time buying food from here, my son Recommended it. I brought the steak with shrimp ,rice and French fries. When I started eating the rice was too salty, The steak was a little dry and The only thing that came out good was the French fries. Didn't wait long for the food. Place was clean. I'll probably come back to try something else.
Cold Food. Wrong Order. 2 days old fish.. melted potatoes..TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 30min wait.. The Good reviews below made up by employees forced to do so by the owner Sebastien. .There is also a video of the hostile service by the owner and can be found at #RacistSebastienLaBrasa. This location needs to close due to terrible customer service and terrible food. NOTE: The account below initially had replied denying the name of the manager and claiming that thecustormer has been there before. They then deleted and posted a threatened message of ban with additional lies. We don 't take offense as this is the nature of this account as we have screenshotted how aggressive they reply to everyone elsewith bad reviews.. Note that they also updated those replies which Google shows you when an update has been made. SO glad that their unethical actions are showing right through their lies. We can 't wait to receive their official complaints,and is more than happy to escalate to an attorney. DO NOT THREATEN your customers because of the bad service you provide.
