Very excited it was open as all the others were closed and the CSR had us some mice...

I saw 3 different employees who packed Donuts with bare hands (not even with the little napkin they literally have next to the Donuts)

No gloves! There on 01/12/2021 during a pandemic. I saw 3 different employees who packed Donuts with bare hands (not even with the little napkin that they literally have next to the Donuts) Last straw was when the person gave the cash register, holding their arm back all the way (like no gloves, had just handled money from the person in front of me) and a muffin barehanded. Touches every single muffin on the way with her hands and arm. Left immediately, place should be closed immediately, this place is a danger. It's crazy how this place can run like this pandemic. Thanks Florida for your wonderful health department!

Drive thru order #655 7:59:04 AM Nov 6 : ordered 2 chicken cresconts that came with less then a bite of chicken less then half a patty ... this dunken is not a good representation of other dunkens have gone here multi times orders are never right ... dont get scammed at this shop take your money else where.

The handful of times I have gone the employees have been incredible. Very cheerful and helpful, both in-store and drive thru experiences were great. I've mainly gone for donuts, and they were great! Overall a great establishment full of wonderful employees and a nice vibe.
