Bidrage med feedback10 AM is certainly not an accurate opening time and they fail to answer their phones as well. While I appreciate the convenience of a kayak launch and restaurant combo, it only works if the place isn't locked. Do better.
After an afternoon on canoing, the fish dip and super cold Angry Orchard was a perfect end to the day!A little disappointed that there was no fresh cevichè. Will go back again for the water views and the firepit!Food: 4/5
No good. Waited over 40 minutes for our food. Burgers were ok. Fish tacos average. Cesaer salad was literally a bowl of lettuce since they were out of cesaer dressing and parmesan cheese. And, our 10 piece coconut shrimp was only 5 very well done shrimps For a $90 lunch for 4 it was a bust. Too bad. It's in a neat, quiet place.Food: 2/5
We tried to grab food to go after a kayak tour. The man who helped us was very unfriendly. We ordered two orders of mahi tacos to go but our food never came out and the man disappeared. We had to leave to make a 3:00 tour somewhere else, so we lost our money and left hungry.
This is an open air seafood shack and watercraft rental place adjoining the Oleta Adams park. It had closed during the pandemic and is easy to overlook. If one is coming on Biscayne Blvd, you turn onto east bound NE 163rd Street, and IMMEDIATELY keep to the right lane where the Blue Marlin entrance is located some 970 feet along.This is laid back, no frills in atmosphere. There are just bare tables. You order at the window and food is taken to your table.The place has two great dishes: Fish'n Chips (made fresh from fish not from frozen fish sticks), and their in house smoked fish pâté, as the congenial manager would likely say There is a covered seating area but it is otherwise very much informal. There is lots of parking; largely as the place is unknown to many.Parking: There is a large open air lot for both the restaurant and the watercraft rentals.
