Wonderful service, friendly staff, and great food. My husband said one of the best patty melts he's had. I had a BLT and it had thick cut, crispy bacon...loved it!

Fantastic Dining!!! The lunch special was delicious, and the staff was very friendly! If you are passing through near lunch hour this is a great place to go.You can't beat the quality of food, atmosphere, and the price.Plus get some delicious pie for desert:

It's now called the Broken Egg Cafe. This place is yummy! I recommend it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The portions are large and everything tastes fresh. Normally they have a selection of homemade baked goods (caramel rolls just like grandma makes) Pies etc. Dinner specials are the best of all the comfort foods like hot roast beef. The service is attentive and friendly. If you are traveling anywhere near North Loup, stop by and eat!
