Crazy Hibachi Company

Our waiter, Mitchell was very kind and attentive. The food was great and fantastic! This restaurant, I recommended that everyone would like it. They even use high quality meat and vegetables than other hibachi restaurants! This place is very great, and I hope this review really helped you guys out on choosing a hibachi restaurant. We weren’t able to take pictures because we ate it to fast and we didn’t even think about taking pictures of the food. I give great respect to this restaurant because of how loyal and greatful this restaurant’s employees and chefs are. But here are some pics

Excellent fast service. Hot fresh food. Amazing sweet tea

The sushi rolls were hot and fresh when they were served and our sushi chef was very attentive, however our server was not. We were still taken care of but would have appreciated a refill on drinks, etc.

It's the restaurant we like to go to for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. We love their fried rice and teriyaki chicken.

Sad to see this ownership change and the place regress. It’s been a staple for years but I’ve tried multiple times to give them another chance and each time I’m very sadly disappointed with the service and professionalism. The manager is possibly part of the issue. He argues with customers and just isn’t very nice at all. I had an issue with my to go order this last visit and his customer service or lack there of and arguing with me of why it was made wrong was my last straw. I don’t typically right reviews especially not bad ones or get bothered but this is the worst experience I’ve had. The food is definitely not up to standard sadly either.
