Popped in to eat while shopping a d orders scampi, it's never been scampi. Cut into it to find 4 tiny shrimp tasted fishy. I told one of the staff who took my plate someone lse brought it back and told me it was scampi they buy the best quality and what I've been eating m while ife was processed and then told me to Google. Well I did Google and scampi in Britain is langoustine tails no shrimp. Won't be going back at least own up to buying rubbish.

Looking for a friendly place to eat, then this is where you want to be. With a great variety of food from cooked breakfasts, toasties, roast dinners and plenty of puddings. Called in on a Friday afternoon, busy place and you can see why! Plenty of staff on help this place run smoothly. The quality of food and service is excellent enjoyed steak pie, chips, beans and gravy, also ordered egg chips and beans.

Went for breakfast 9.45am tuesday 6th of june ,ordered big breakfst, well very poor quality 2 deep fried cheap sausages, 2 tiny eggs yolks hard , bacon fat not cooked properly really under done chewy, sliced tastless mushroom never seen seasoning, tiny black dish of chopped tomatoes not even whole plum tomatoes, tiny dish of beans , hash brown were fine, toast was fine the rest was disgusting i left it all , i took a photo of it. Staff are lovely and the cafe is clean , its a shame the food is not good, more pride should be taken in the preperation and cooking of ingredients, and use quality products.

Lovely cafe with plenty of choice in both food and drink, and have a large selection of fresh baked goods too. Had a chilli with rice and chips and some potato skins with a salad and both meals were delicious. Can’t wait to get chance to pop back and sample the cakes.

We’ve seen this place many times when we’ve visited Scunthorpe and thought we’d give it a try today! The staff are really friendly and helpful, very efficient with their service and seemed very happy to be there! My other half had the amazing steak pie with chips, veg and gravy while I plumped for the cheese onion quiche with chips and salad which was lovely! I followed it up with a tasty ginger sponge and custard! 2 meals, 1 dessert and 2 teas for under £18-bargain!!
