Went two days in a row, don't have chocolate or vanilla ice cream. Unacceptable.

Ordered milkshakes, ended up being cold milk no ice cream. We will never go there to get milkshakes again.

I definitely recommend sprinkles ice cream and treats i been here one time an that's all i needed to know . this is a nice little family Ice cream shop they don't only sell ice cream but that is what i had when i visited . It was a nice sweet lady serving the ice the wall decor was cute and eye catching nice for a Sunday fun day for you an your family . It was some many different flavors to choose from and options on how you wanted to have it served, Prices were decent i ended up having the Oreo milkshake it was so smooth and rich tasting lol it was definitely real ice cream made with love if you ask me . . . I give this place a 7/10 over all , presentation 5/10, taste 8/10, decor 4/10 . Hopefully next time i can try something different from them possibly food wise

Ordered a cake for my son, when I got there. The girl was taking someone else’s order. Mind you, there were other workers there, and no more customers to help, besides me and the other person who was being helped already no one acknowledged me, or even said we will be with you in a minute. Nothing. Then when she was done with their order she just walked away. Didn’t say a word. Then she stood there talking to some other worker, and a few minutes later, a different lady then comes to the register and decided to help me. I say I’m here to pick up a cake I ordered online. She tries to charge me for it. I said I already paid online, I show the proof. She said it’s okay, I believe you . they don’t keep record, of who pays ? The cake looked great; However, it tasted terrible. My kids wouldn’t even finish their pieces it was for my son’s birthday I had to throw out the rest of the cake, they refused to eat it. When I tried it. I could see why. It was terrible. I would like to add. I also got a dozen donuts and the lady made it seem like I was inconveniencing her to order them. I definitely won’t be going to that location again. I will add, it did look clean inside the store.
