Del Taco - North Las Vegas

He was there at 9:17 a.m. and the dining room was already locked when the sign says open until 10 a.m. I asked for sauce without coming home. they hadn't asked for any ice that they had to make it new. Come on, it's not that hard.

Late night around 10pm: I was told at the drive thru “only ace print delivery orders” I have never had this happen before.

Wish I could give Zero Stars!!! This is the WORST Del Taco I 've ever BEEN TO IN MY LIFE!!! A collection of RUDE people who have NO IDEA how to run a restaurant. I literally walked into the Lobby at 7:40am both entrance doors completely unlocked. Walk into the restroom to get some relief before ordering. The Genius manager WAITS till I 'm inside to tell me they 're closed . Then WHY IS THE DOOR UNLOCKED???? He said to kick out a bum. Like he couldn 't re-lock the door? What an idiot... should 've dropped my deuce by the front door so everyone else would see how this Del Taco treats people. In a city where nearly every del taco is 24 hours this one still isnt open at nearly 8am? Really? I have to work but you dont? You blatantly refuse to help paying customers? I was gonna make a decent size order. Now they get no money and I WILL NEVER come here again. Hope this location gets shut down. Absolutely trash!!! Look at the Google Reviews. This Del Taco is utterly horrible. You like everyone calling you the WORST DEL TACO EVER?? Maybe you should call yourselves Fail Taco since you suck bad. This location shouldn 't be allowed to stay open.

The worst Attitude and customer service ever! I was told by Jessica the inside was closed although the guest in front of me was being served. She stated only the drive thru was open. She refused to served guests at 4pm on Saturday afternoon. Calling CORPORATE. This can’t happen!

I always like to recognize when I get great customer service at fast food restaurants because it’s a hard job. I don’t have the name of the young man at the window, but he was working 4/27 at around 6:30ish in the drive-thru. Super kind and professional! I hope this review gives him some deserved recognition at work!
