Carl's Jr. - North Las Vegas

I have always loved Carl's Jr. Burgers are delicious. The strawberry cheesecake and fried zucchini are my favorite.

The sausage, egg, and biscuit were great, but the toasted sourdough with sausage, egg, and cheese was dry. I took it home, buttered it, and cooked it like a grilled cheese - yum yum!

The food was prepared quickly, presented nicely, and served hot. The cashier was efficient and attentive, the restaurant was clean, and overall I was satisfied with my experience at Carl's.

I typically don't speak up if I have a negative experience, but I had to share about my recent visit to this restaurant. I stopped by 4 days ago and ordered a chicken sandwich, not the value option but the one that cost over $5. When I opened it, it was clear that the bun had been dropped and stepped on. I wish I had taken a picture. I returned to the drive-thru to get a fresh sandwich, but I couldn't shake the feeling that my food had been tampered with. I ate it and prayed that I wouldn't get sick. Thankfully, I didn't, but I felt disgusted at the thought of someone being so careless with my food. It made me think about how people can do evil things to others without knowing the kind of person they are hurting. Unfortunately, race seemed to play a factor in this situation. I hope that those responsible for this incident find peace and are held accountable for their actions. I gave the restaurant 2 stars for their fast service.

Nor sure how to rate this store. The employees were friendly enough but you have to get their attention in order to place your order. Plus it says that the restrooms are closed but they let two people go back to the restroom. And it also says you cannot dine in but one employees entire family with children were inside the restaurant eating while customers that are wanting to dine in have to eat outside sitting on the sidewalk. We walked to this store because when we called, we were told that we could dine in I ordered six of the $2.49 double Cali cheeseburgers with no onions and no sauce. They gave me the cheeseburgers and of course there was onions and sauce. She took them back and redid my order and gave me the new order. We went outside since there was nowhere to sit or even sit your purse down and customers were waiting in line and we were told to social distance outside. So we had to sit on the sidewalk outside. We opened the bag to find onions and sauce on our six cheeseburgers. I just scraped it off ate a half of one and threw the rest away because I was tired of trying to get them to make my cheeseburger the way I wanted. Plus the employees disappear after you order. And you have to ask for napkins. The cheeseburgers were not worth the $2.49 each. The look nothing like the advertisement and taste bad. Maybe it was the onions and sauce that I did NOT want. In fact, they are smaller than the small cheeseburger at McDonalds. Other customers came outside upset about the service and the way the food was thrown together and thrown in the bags with tongs. Carl's Jr. has really come down in the world. At least this one has. 09/08/2022 UPDATE Well, they haven't improved. I ordered at 3:15 pm for dining inside. At 3:35pm I went to ask if my order was ready or if I missed them calling my number. She looked at the screen and said that she hadn't actually received it as yet. Never mind that they had called numbers AFTER my order number. I saw my items sitting
