Owens - North Lanarkshire

Came here for lunch as a group of 5. Decent lunchtime menu although they seemed desperate for us to order pizzas and look at their new oven. Portion size was a bit small but good lunch overall, decent service and prices

We came here to meet up with friends and we all ordered food. Although our party arrived at varying times during the evening the staff were great and coped well with delivering a dessert at the same time as a starter for someone else. The food was excellent and nicely presented, and all at a very reasonable price too. I'd happily go back when next in the area.

Thank you for a wonderful evening last night, Hotel Caledonia were fantastic and the ambience and atmosphere in the beer garden was amazing! Can I also say that your staff go above and beyond for your customers and they are indeed an asset to your establishment. Was in Owens today and have to say it’s the worst managed pub I’ve ever been in. They have 16 year olds collecting glasses although I don’t know why as you could not get served for love nor money so not sure whose glasses they were collecting. Ordering on the app was no different it was a complete shambles. There was no organisation whatsoever and considering their prices are on average £2 more expensive than Glasgow city centre then I would expect much more for my money. The toilets were a disgrace with what looked like drinks spilled on the floor. Generally the service was totally unacceptable and so so disappointing.

Great, friendly service from Marie. Food was lovely and the drinks too! Cannot wait to go back : would 100% recommend.
