Bon Appetite - North Lanarkshire

I wanted to try this place as reviews looked quite good. Staff were lovely but the food is the worst I have ever seen and tasted and quite expensive. Most went in the bin. Rice was reheated and tasted weird. The chicken in the curry was hard and chewy, the Singapore noodles were ok but a bit tasteless. As for the chips, I have never seen anything like it! They were brown and hard stale things that went straight in the bin. Never again

Someone said this place used to be a restaurant where we could sit in. Why did you stop?? Food is always beyond hot, super tasty and the staff on this occasion went above and beyond. Drawn in by your Facebook page but I must say your more traditional meals are amazing and blow the salt chilli dishes out the water. We bring plates etc and have a proper car picnic as we live 40 miles away. Leftovers were still hot on arrival home. Cocktails were lovely although I want to try the twister so please can you get that back in stock.

Probably the worst Chinese restaurant in Coatbridge by far. Asked for long tray noodles onions mushrooms and bean sprouts with gravy. please see picture below no mushrooms or bean sprouts and gravy. Called up to complain, very rude abrupt staff member quoting it 's only vegetables missing find it extremely difficult to believe that a restaurant would also run out of gravy on a Saturday evening. My chips were reheated and absolutely solid. Every time we have placed an order with this restaurant we always seem to have problems, Either with delivery or the food it 's self. Won 't be ordering from this restaurant ever again. Customer service sadly lacking, no apologies only excuse after excuse.

First time ordered here. Food is amazing!! Unfortunately sitting area was unavailable but plenty of parking to get in n out quick. Arrived home and the lovely smell in our car was unbearable. Ordered the big shared box with a Coca Cola and some extra curry sauce only £26 thinking that should be enough. There's still so much leftovers

Nice lunch this afternoon. we were not one because of a bad experience with one going out, but eating was delicious today and we even have it as an excuse for the last time.
