Bidrage med feedbackWas still on the hunt for those almost homemade tamales. This place came really near my expectations. I had one of each and was pleased all day with the taste.
This place is the best if they closed I would kill myself
I live near this 24 hour hole in the wall (with video games and large screen) so that it cannot be in the same category of "hole in the wall" yet, they fulfill my desire for Mexican tacos and burritos in a very good way. The staff is always very nice with the language barrier. $2.99 two taco combo with rice and beans where else you can buy it that cheap? Her meat-filled Burritos are huuuge, the Tortas are also really good. It's all in the spices of her flesh. Carne, Chicken, Al Pastor (the best I had). I was with most Tacos from NoHo to Hollywood, nobody can beat it. Cactus in Hollywood cannot touch Que Ricos. Cactus is overrated, her tacos are as tiny as my pink and more expensive. To defend Que Ricos from the negative reviews, some reviewers complain that they do not accept cash, long lines, they take a while in preparing their meals and had a “intestinal” problem the next day, yada yada yada yada yada yada. HELLOOOO People wake up!! 1. If you order pops-joint in a small time-mom, it is only 99% of the time cash. Since when do Taco trucks or Taco stands accept “debit cards”? 2. Every hundred times I visited, my meat was freshly prepared so that it can take more than 5 minutes to cook. 3. Long lines – because it dares well. 4. If you “stumble” after drunk wild night and carp that your stomach grumps the next morning, uuum could it also be all alcohol mixtures? I never (knock on wood) had stomach or intestinal problems the next day. 5. Parking – goodness people we are in LA, have you not noticed, lack is part of the charm? Que Ricos parking is in the front, back, side or street, it is not so plentiful, but it is available. So, I'll take those 24 hours-Chap-taco-Burrito teas that don't take a bite out of my wallet.
We came here for a late night feast, and were %100 satisfied! We ordered the fiesta platter , which came with 3 carne tacos, a carne quesadillas, and 3 taquitos with chips on the bottom. Reccomended don't wait to eat it , the chips got soggy at the bottom. Alot of food , can feed 4 people easy!
It's no longer worth wasting another dim. Since the pandemic they do not give enough salsa, lemons and other yarns like radishes and jalapeños in vinegar. And meat is so dry. Like they do not grill it before you order. Maybe they just cook it and then heat it on the grill. Just Nasty. Taco stands in the street are better now.
