Bidrage med feedbackMy experience at a Subway in Hobart was disappointing. The service was lacking and there were limited fillings available. The server had hygiene issues, using torn gloves and not having all the toppings I wanted. It seemed that the manager had not ordered enough ingredients. Despite being near supermarkets, the lack of toppings was not resolved. This Subway is frequented by emergency services staff who were likely also disappointed. We reluctantly bought our subs and left, deciding to go to a different restaurant for a more reliable meal. It was a pricey meal for the poor experience.
I visited the underground Hobart Store today and I must say that I was disappointed by the rude behavior of the staff. When I ordered a footlong sandwich with Italian herbs and cheese bread, the employee initially gave me a six-inch sandwich and started putting turkey on it. When I pointed out the mistake and asked for a footlong instead, she seemed frustrated and sighed before starting over. Throughout the process, she handled my food with her glove. Additionally, when I went to pay, another worker interrupted our conversation to speak to their manager, and then asked me a question that I had already answered. Overall, I was not impressed with the service at this restaurant.
The young and friendly staff provided great recommendations on ingredients and sauces that complemented each other perfectly. They crafted the best foot-long sandwiches we had ever seen. The ingredients were fresh, right down to the jalapenos.
To destroy the quality of food, but not surprisingly considering its fast food franchise. There are p,enty of tastier alternatives to choose near.
I went in to get a roll but as staff were busy serving, I decided to use the bathroom first. The toilet was filthy and so was the hand basin etc. I decided not to eat there.
