Hair fried into the batter. Hair in the chicken, human hair. They asked what color is your wifes hair when he took it back. Purple my hair color is purple. Bad service that takes forever. Hair in the food never going again.

I waited 40 minutes for my order to find out it was the incorrect order! I asked for hot sauce, spoons, and forks but received none. I order Mac n cheese and received Cole slaw instead! I order legs and thighs but received a mix pack. Very disappointingwith the quality and the service. I highly recommend people to avoid this KFC at all cost. If you don't believe me please tryfor yourself.

This location is consistently the worst operating fast food place I?ve ever experienced. Don?t even bother trying to come to this place after 6pm because the night crew refuses to make anymore food after that time and starts cleaning out the fryershours before the place even closes. I don?t know whether the manager is off after a certain time or is complacent but it?sridiculous. I pulled up over an hour before they?re due to close and the first thing they say is all they have is 4 wings andthey?re cleaning the fryers so it?ll be over 40 minutes wait for anything else that needs to be fried (hello! It?s kFRIEDc) -aka an excuse not to make more food and leave work right at closing instead of cleaning the kitchen AFTER CLOSING like everyother decent establishment.

Eh... It's fast food. Employees can be a bit rude. Food items are almost always missing. Quality? Yea... No. Want KFC bad enough, then go for it.
