Quotidian - North Hertfordshire

Simply the best bakery by far distance. Superior quality, excellent range of products and service. Much better than rubbish they nowadays sell in supermarkets!

A lovely independent bakery. Very friendly staff always service with a smile! Our usual order is a pain aux raisin and an almond croissant delicious every time. We've also tried a few of their bread varieties and are never disappointed. A wonderful treat. We have to stop ourselves from going too often!

As a resident of Hitchin I have the privilege and pleasure of being able to eat from Quotidian all the time. Over the years I've sampled most of their wonderful produce and their bread is absolutely amazing. So much so that I abandoned my own sourdough starter in the fridge years ago as it seemed pointless baking my own when I had such quality and value on my doorstep. My favourite product is their almond crossisant. I've eaten a lot of almond croissants in my time including the best I can find in France and London. Nothing comes close. I'm inclined not to write that as they frequently sell out before I get to them and that makes me a bit sad. If you're looking for a for somewhere to buy great bread, pastries or a grab a quick snack then I don't think Hitchin can offer better than Quotidian.

Such a wonderful artisan bakery, best ever bread and pastries in Hertfordshire, everything is so wonderfully delicious!
