Dunkin' - North Franklin

Horrible I don't recommend anyone go there. They can't get your coffee right. 7 times and they still got it wrong. It takes forever in the drive thru. 15 minutes just for them to take your order than nother 10 waiting for your order

This location has a protective barrier up like most places and even though I was wearing my mask, I was directed to order from the pickup location and looks like the drive thru person handled my transaction. When I approached the order counter, the African American young man just waved me off and sent me to the end of the counter. The girl who handed me my ice coffee just handed it to me and scurried away. To Hell with all of them.....

Always out of everything (at noon even), or the ovens are down or something is broken, which you don't find out until waiting 15 minutes in line before even getting up to the speaker to order. The staff have ALWAYS been friendly, so that's good, but I don't know what's going on with ordering inventory or getting things fixed, it's constant.

Love this Dunkin they always get my coffee right!!!

This Dunkin used to be great but they went down hill fast. There’s new employees there all the time and they don’t know how to make anything besides coffee. I am luck if they even make my coffee correctly. They’re coffee also tastes sour. I’m guessing it’s the caramel I get in it or the creamer that’s gone bad or lack of cleaning. There’s no excuse for how terrible they’ve become. They don’t know what they are doing!
