Pizza Hut - North East Lincolnshire

Recently, Pizza Hut has not been up to par. During our last two visits, the pizza was cold and the staff seemed disinterested. However, our server Anna was friendly and professional, earning her a high score. Pizza Hut is now promoting online ordering through their app, but I prefer traditional service over communicating with an algorithm. Today, the pizza was hot and well presented, but my biggest issue with Pizza Hut is their card-only policy, despite losing money to fees. I used to frequent Pizza Hut weekly, but now largely boycott the place due to this policy. I urge others to do the same with any businesses that refuse cash payments.

Excellent service all round, the lady that served us on Saturday 20th, sorry I didn’t catch her name but she had just come shift was friendly and professional and nothing was too much for her, we all enjoyed our meals and left happy and full

On August 14, my partner and I visited the Pizza Hut in Grimsby. We were seated at a table by a young waiter who informed us that we had to order by scanning a code on the table and placing our order online. He refused to take our order in person and instructed us to wave at him if we had any issues. Unfortunately, I had left my phone on charge and my partner did not have the necessary app to scan the QR code. When we tried to get the waiter's attention, he told us we would have to order on the website. However, we did not have our reading glasses and the poor signal inside the building made it difficult to connect to the website. Frustrated, we decided to leave and went to a different restaurant nearby where the staff were more friendly and accommodating. This Pizza Hut location has unhelpful and dismissive staff. I would recommend exploring other dining options in the area.

We ended up getting lunch at this restaurant because everything else seemed to be closed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, willing to help with anything we needed. However, we opted for the buffet and were disappointed by the limited, unappetizing options available. The pizzas looked old, the pasta dish was empty, and the salad was past its expiration date. It was not worth the price we paid, and we do not plan on returning.

Very welcoming, staff were great with our kids and helped us choose what our best options would be for ordering for our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. Really made us feel comfortable eating out as a family with 3 small children!
