Bidrage med feedbackWe went through the drive through and had asked for an item when the girl on the headset simply said “no”.. no elaboration. so then had to ask again when the girl bluntly said “can’t do that.” so then sat in silence for another minute, then had to ask again for why she couldn’t do that to which she eventually told us the options that we had. then we get to the drive through window and were dirty looked by pretty much all the staff, then practically got our things thrown at us when it was ready. anyways overall a very miserable experience and all i have left to say is to the staff and that’s ‘cheer up’.
Service was good food was good gutted they had no hashbrown's for the burger ,they ran out of straws.. the toilet wasn't the best looked like a bowing 747 landed on the back of the toilet
Went in for a takeaway paid for extra chicken they didn't put in the the bag, i feel ripped off and no one every answers the phone, food was good just badly managed.
The drive-thru was closed and the restaurant was packed. The ordering screens were not working, causing a long line out the door. We waited 45 minutes for our food, despite being in a fast food restaurant. There was no communication about the delay due to a lack of chicken on the bone. None of the tables were cleaned during our visit. Overall, there was a lack of organization, management, customer service, and skills displayed. It was a shocking experience and we will not be returning nor recommending this restaurant.
What can I say….. Just awful in every way, soggy luke warm dripping in oil chicken and tepid mushy “fries”. The only thing edible were the crispy (due to being as dry as the gobi desert) hot chicken wings. Gotta admit the Pepsi max was fine. Why and how does this chain still exist, on a good day in a good restaurant KFC is just alright but this one is damn right shocking. Happily for my doctor this was a very low carb and calorie lunch as 95% of it ended up in the bin.
