Bidrage med feedbackUsually we order Zaby’s for dinner… I don’t understand if we arrive at 8:30 and they are shutting down already… every time… it never fails… last time they shorten us on our food… as usual… this time if we didn’t check our food we would’ve been missing 3 meals… waited 20 minutes and then come to the window and was asked to pull up and wait some more… whatttt??? We spend big money when we go because we have a big family… 2 adults 5 little ones… everytime we order they are upset… don’t you want us to spend money … no business …. Hours cut… if you don’t like your job find a new one…. If we order big kindly let us know before taking our money hey do mind waiting we are preparing your order… nope nothing…. That’s customer service…. I lovvve Zaxbys but I’m tired of the poor customer service and attitude…, also if someone says no onions on their salad please no onions you may run into someone who is allergic…. Everytime I say no onions I get home salad full of onions… that I have to try and pick off

I'm a fan of Zaxby's but this particular location didn't quite line up to my expectations. The food was excellent but not the service, or the environment. The interior was dirty, with food and debris on the floor and tables. I wasn't given a fork (was I expected to eat coleslaw with my fingers? and the server was more interested in stashing the milkshake someone brought him than providing good service. Fortunately the meal was very tasty.
I can't complain. It was pretty great. They initially messed up my order of 5 chicken fingers but when I had them fixed it, they did and gave me extra toast and sauce. Great food as per
They got the initial order wrong; instead of owning up to the mistake and simply fixing it, she instead got an attitude.She was rude and condescending, then sat with the drive thru window closed while just laughing with her coworkers. Manager had to come fix her mistake after she didn’t void the previous purchase. Manager was polite but no apology for his employee’s bad attitude.Such an odd experience. We were totally polite and nice until she became rude and kept telling us we were in the wrong. Even if we were, it didn’t matter, we simply wanted the correct order and we’re willing to pay for it. Her sitting behind the glass and laughing like a total jerk, making a point to be rude, then tell us multiple times we were in the wrong, THEN the manager not even apologizing for his employee’s behavior? Come on.
