Bidrage med feedbackWe ordered on the kiosk, but it still took to get the order. I had wanted a Taco Supreme for a while, but it just didn't taste as good as usual. You can't refill your cup. They ask you to get a new one. All we met were nice and friendly. I'll try again after the pandemic is over.
I was there about 30 minutes ago. The service was slow. I ordered 4 Soft Shell Tacos and an order from Nacho-Fritten. With a drink. After I sat in the snake for almost 20 minutes, I got my food. Usually they get my order right so I never see it home. But this time I came home and I got the Nacho-Fries. They also gave me some beans Burrito, which I did not ask and a hard shell taco. WTH is. In any case, it must be better. Willn't you go back soon?????
In no one was to pay attention in the registers or to one customer, Lord knows how long he stood there, not to mention, he was in the drive thru and had to come to get the rest of his order, in had to say that someone came to help this Lord and then serve my two employees and my self, they all seemed very rude and fast with attitude.
I've been here a few times and each time they needed up my order. When i asked for mild sauce they gave me only three for a very large order. I thought they were suppose to at least try to make the customer happy but not at this location
The customer service was very nice! I gave 4 stars because ... there's nothing worse than getting all the way home ... your order is messed up. Not enough to call complain, but messed up all the same. Attention to detail people!
