Five Guys - North Charleston

This specific Five Guys is always incredibly slow. If I order on the phone, online or in store, I'm always waiting. The food is the same as every Five Guys though, delicious.

I was hungry and decided to order from Uber Eats, partly because I wanted to see what customers experience when I'm delivering. My order from Five Guys kept getting passed to different drivers in the app, and I never got my food. I called Five Guys, and they told me my order was already out. The new driver at the restaurant was told by Five Guys that someone else had taken my order. So not only were drivers showing up for no reason, but my food was also taken and never delivered. That's super inconsiderate. On the bright side, Five Guys remade my order, gave me a free milkshake, and a $30 credit. Big props to Five Guys for their awesome service. special shout-out to Ms.Kim!!

Five guys burgers are delicious!Not cheap, but occasionally worth it.Vegetarian options: Is a burger joint. You can get a burger minus the burger.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly.

We oyder take out from the ActiveMenu on the way home. Hamburgers fries and Hot Dog were delicious.
