Chick-fil-a - North Charleston

I go to this location constantly since I live/work in the area, and they are very good. I?m leaving this review because I was serviced by a very efficient man and want to shout him out. I complimented him on his speed, even though he had already beenworking for 10 hours! I hope he gets recognized by his leadership.

As with all Chick-fil-A locations, the service is top notch, fast food delivery and good hot food. I've never waited too long in this one in particular, always getting served fast and with their curbside pick up option, it makes things so much easier for aquick afterwork dinner pickup

Frequented this location consistently since it opened but the service has declined significantly over the last couple of months. Last three times I've done a mobile order I have received the completely incorrect entree. I could somewhat understand if it wasa large order but single item orders were completely wrong. See attached photo, the label is what I order but it's obvious noone is checking the orders.

Always dependable for good food and service. Pretty fast given the traffic. Only recommendation is post some menus along your extended drive through. Taking orders 100 feet from the menu is a little bit of a hassle.

Going steady down hill. Watching the delivery estimate change over the course of a full hour when the actual location is not even 1 mile away. Food arrives off temp and half the time they don?t knock and just leave the food outside with no notification.I?ve had to start waiting by the door- for the duration of the estimated delivery since it keeps changing. I?m going to startwalking to the competition next door because your parking lot isn?t safe for walk up customers. I?m cashing in all my points andconverting to Popeyes. ????????
