Taco Bell Cairns Dfo

Didn't order any food but about a week ago (20th april i think at like 5 or 6pm) I didn't have a working phone and any sense of direction. Props to the nice woman who was doing both drive through and front, who helped me out. Managed to remember majority of the step by step instructions she gave. I found my way to my destination! Ok so that was by far the worst fast food i have ever had it didn 't even taste like mexican food it was just plain bland and horrible. Im now feeling unwell from eating a few items from this place and that rarely ever happens to me. The music was so loud inside the store i couldn 't hear the girl serving me and she couldn 't hear me we keep saying to each other huh i cant hear you . Some of the staff were filming a tik tok video in the food prep area, this place is such a joke and deserves a lot less then a 3.2 star rating you have been warned don 't even think about going to the taco bell cairns you will be shocked that this place even exists and is allowed to operate serving such bad food.

A young and enthusiastic lady at the front counter delivered 100% on exceptional customer service today at the Cairns DFO Taco Bell outlet when she confronted a very overwhelmed customer, who was upset with her previous wrong order. This young lady who was serving, not only showed empathy by consoling the customer but offered to fix the issue with the right order this time on the house. We don't see that level of extra ordinary customer service these days. Amazing job TACO Bell team DFO Cairns.
