Gaby's Bakery Deli - North Brunswick

Every time I have went to Gaby's, (and that's a lot because it's down the street) it has been a highlight of my day. The bakery is always fresh and they make everything fresh, in fact they stop taking orders for tamales at some point in the day to ensure freshness which I respect. When I want authentic Hispanic food, I go here. Good prices for a great meal. Nothing to complain about. Anyone that has complained about a wrong order for whatever, if you just say something they WILL fix it. It's probably Doordash's fault.

Very good food, the best thing is that they prepare the food to your wishes when there is something that is not on the menu you just say what you want to eat and they prepare it for you

I ate here with my girlfriend and it was very good. I had a breakfast sandwich with Oaxaca cheese, pork roll and egg. I also ordered the sweet curtain with cream and cheese. The food was very good, although it was a bit fat. I didn't try any of the desert options that looked fantastic. Hopefully I can come back in the near future to try more about the menu. People were very nice and the food was good. The prices were very good and there was only a very short waiting time until the food came out.

Everything is above the price, I order a chicken quesadilla and they calculate me 7 for the tortilla and 1 dollar for my meat of choice and 1 dollar for acidic cream, something I didnt ask, I understand things are high in price, but let the costumer over all these additional fees would be great, but I guess that the game now try to press your costumer without they notice.

This is really Mexican food that isn't from Chipotle or Moe that is the authentic Mexican? If you are looking for a great place and good food, this is the spot super recommended.??
