Tomo Hibachi&sushi - North Branch

Great food! We always get the sushi and hibachi, but today I tried the seafood Nabe udon soup and it was SO good!

My wife and I enjoyed the chicken hibachi, California rolls, and shrimp tempura. All very freshly prepared and super tasty. The cost is reasonable and the quality is quite good. You can order at the counter and they package it as if it were to go but you can enjoy your meal in the clean and well lit dining area.

I'll definitely be going back! My wife enjoys sushi and seafood, but I'm not as big a fan. However, since they have "grill" in their name, I decided to give it a shot—and I'm so glad I did! The flavor of the food easily earns a solid 10. This restaurant is located in a small strip mall in North Branch, which seems a bit out of place to me. Still, they had a steady stream of customers, suggesting that more people are aware of this gem than I initially thought. The food is good enough to deserve a more upscale dining experience, but you can also enjoy it in a very casual setting (think cowboy boots with barnyard dirt!). Definitely make a visit; you won't regret it!

This is the best sushi restaurant I've ever visited! It's much more affordable than the nearby places while offering higher quality food. The interior is very inviting, and the seating is well spaced for comfort. I will definitely return. I highly recommend it—11/10!

Overall, it was quite good. While the dining experience wasn't extraordinary, the takeout was fantastic. The sushi was outstanding.
