If I could give zero stars, I would. I have ordered a box joe- 25 minutes in advance know that it needs a lot of coffee and time. I'm here, no coffee started. the girl behind the register repeatedly ringed new walks and totally ignored me. Finally another person asked what I was waiting for. when I reacted a box joe, she put her hand on the hips and cried, they just have to wait, we are shorthanded. in the meantime registering girl makes coffee for all new walks. I explained I ordered 30 minutes ago and had to be at a celebration of life. she wouldn't help me figure out how to get a refund. register girl screams, I don't do this today! I don't care if she hears me! I told her I could get her here, and maybe she should look into another work line if customer satisfaction wasn't her ding. Finally, the original girl that told me that I just had to wait, my coffee that calls her out that she had to use all the coffee, registered girl was crazy and said she just did it! yay, my coffee was fresh! no sugar available but much hire! I told them they might have to turn off online order to get caught. this is my 2nd change with a pre-order here, apparently, waiting for other customers, this place is known to be slow while out of the big one! Starbucks here I come!

Very friendly service but need to pay attention for customer orders

Absolutely terrible. Everyday I wait fifteen minutes. No sense of urgency. Shut this place down or hire a completly new team. The manager is awful. Always has attitude and is just incapable of running anything. I’ve been to hundreds of dunkins and I can easily say this is by far the worst. Consistently too. The line will be out the door and they choose to ignore you.

They charged me $9.37 for a medium frozen chocolate and 3 donuts something isn’t adding up here… also Susan needs to work on her customer service if she’s going to work the window it’s not my fault you hate your job

I've given this location many chances. It's a very convenient location, but they get the order wrong constantly even when the order is placed via the app. I'm dropping this review to one star as they are getting worse.
