The food at this restaurant may not be the best, but it definitely surpasses most fast food places. Sometimes the English muffin is a little burnt or the bacon is too crunchy. However, the coffee is the best in the city and the service is exceptional. The staff work hard and are very friendly. My coworkers and I visit this restaurant five times a week for coffee, and occasionally bring our families along. It is one of our top choices for fast food. The location is on 100th street across from McDonald's near the Co-op. The restaurant is kid-friendly, providing a quiet and calm space for little ones with plenty of room. I picked up some food to take with me on a four-hour drive home. I was about 20 minutes out of town when I started eating my sandwich and found not just one, but four strands of hair in it. I was completely disgusted and had to throw away my food. I will never return to this restaurant again.

Gross over greased food Bad service. Didn't get what I ordered at all left 80% still on plate and whent to Mc Donald's to get food and got more for my dollar
