Speed Chinese - North Ayrshire

I went to this restaurant for the first time on Easter Sunday and the food was absolutely delicious. We tried a mix of curries, chow mein, and more. The service was first-class.

This restaurant, The Sharpener, is a bit eerie but is open late, making it a great option when the pub is empty and you're hungry. I give it 4 stars because whatever I order (usually the regular with chips) I enjoy. I don't give it 5 stars because I've never eaten their food completely sober.

Totally disgusting the pre frozen chicken was dry and hard. Total waste of money, didn't expect to have a couple of chips for my dinner.

Ordered a beef curry and in my opinion, it's the worst curry that I've had. Shame really as portion sizes were great

I've used Speed several times since moving here and never been disappointed. The quality of food is always good and the portions are phenomenal. Their special buffet at for meals have slightly smaller portions, but they equal what most other takeaways give as...standard! Always very pleasant staff as well. from us.
