It has been some time since we last visited, but we went in today. We were very disappointed. The coffee was lukewarm and the rolls were cheap and unpleasant, without butter and dry. The price of £9.50 was too expensive for what we received. We ended up going to Greggs for a hot coffee instead. We definitely will not be returning to this restaurant. It used to be good, but it has gone downhill since our last visit.

This restaurant in Irvine offers the best burgers around. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I will definitely return. They are located next to the Niche and also offer sandwiches, salads, loaded fries, and breakfast options. They serve hot and cold drinks, as well as ice cream from Vanilla Joes. This place is definitely worth a visit, whether you're on your way to or from the beach.

The breakfasts at this restaurant are the worst I have ever had, being greasy, salty, and full of black specks. Totally unacceptable.

Always great food, very tasty but when really busy it can take a while to get your order. Would highly recommend.

This is a basic café/kitchen with a take-out delivery menu offering All Day traditional breakfasts, hot and cold filled rolls, burgers and almost anything with chips. It also offers hot and cold non-alcoholic drinks, milkshakes, cakes and desserts. I had a traditional Scots cooked breakfast for just under £5 which was very good value. Service was bright, friendly and homely. I returned the 2nd day for a breakfast bap to take out
