My son, father, and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the location was perfect. The highlight of our stay was the amazing view from the hotel. Highly recommended!

Even though I have been visiting Largs for over 60 years, I had never stayed at this restaurant. However, it exceeded my expectations! The rooms were clean and nice, with amazing views. The breakfast was great and the service from all the staff was pleasant. I decided to try the steak dinner based on the reviews I had read before arriving, and it was superb! The steak was incredibly tender and tasty, like cutting through butter. I would definitely give this restaurant a 5-star rating for its rooms and food.

Food was tasty, faultless. Sensible change of towels only on request. Side sea view south from the room, but not far from the busy road. Good weather and we enjoyed it. Walkability: A good walk up/down for the water front, a longish walk to and from Largs centre and beach. Noteworthy details: Not to be confused with Haylie House, across the road and up the hill. Rooms: 4
