Chick-fil-a - North Augusta

I keep coming here simply for my wife who likes to eat at Chick-fil-A. She loves her chicken without breading and the milkshakes are pretty good but the service in my opinion the quality is not the greatest and some of the employees can be downright rudeand disrespectful. I had to run in one of the servers and was told that management was going to get right on it and managementnever called me never engaged with me never did a dang thing about it. I try to avoid this place as much as possible.

I have been a long-time customer of Chick Fil A in North Augusta, but recently my experiences have been disappointing. During my last four visits, I encountered several issues including forgotten items, long wait times, and poor service. On one occasion, my ice cream cone was forgotten, and another time I had to wait 15-20 minutes for a milkshake. Today, I waited 30 minutes for a large cup of soup, only to be told they couldn't find my mobile order. After showing proof of payment on my phone, I finally received my soup, but the lid was not secure and it spilled in the bag. I have reached my limit with the service at this Chick Fil A in North Augusta.

On October 24, 2022 at 9:10pm, we ordered through the restaurant's app and sat at table 80. A staff member came to our table and informed us that the dining room was closed. I mentioned that the website indicated a closing time of 10pm, but he stated that they actually closed at 9pm, as indicated on a sign on the door. However, there was no such sign present as shown in a photo I took. We asked how to receive our food since we had placed an order through the app, and he eventually prepared our food. Unfortunately, by the time we got home to Edgefield Co, our food was cold. This experience left a sour taste in our mouths, and we may think twice about dining at this restaurant in the future due to the poor customer service.

I have been coming to this location for the last four plus years. My son has autism and he has a very limited diet due to his sensory issues. He will only eat the chicken nugget kids meal with lemonade. I come to this location almost everyday minusSunday. My order has always been fresh and my son has never turned it away. The employees are friendly and professional. Thankyou for making my sons experience enjoyable.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! I used to think that Chick-fil-A was too costly for my family of five, but it turned out to be only a few dollars more than our usual McDonald's order. The service was fast and the staff was very respectful. Our order was perfect and looked like it came straight out of a commercial. This is a fantastic place to eat! And I can't forget to mention how delicious their milkshakes are too.
