Antonio's Italian Eatery

Went before noon for mid-week lunch when it wasn’t very busy. Our party of 4 was seated when we arrived. We ordered ravioli, an Italian sausage sandwich, and spaghetti with meatballs. When the food was served, one plate of ravioli was missing. The server apologized and brought extra bread. Our food cooled quite a bit by the time the 2nd ravioli dish arrived. We were disappointed but still love the food. We prefer the atmosphere and service better during dinner hours. The food is fine, typical of a local Italian place, but the customer service is terrible. They have so much business and get so busy (especially on weekends) that I guess they don't think they have to be kind and courteous to guests. We had an issue with our order and they were just so rude. They first insinuated we were lying about the order and then blamed us for their mistake and never offered a discount or refund. If you can't keep up with the volume of guests, then hire more staff. Being busy on the weekends isn't an excuse to treat customers poorly. There are a lot of other local pizza places to eat at. We've been here several times and even recommend it to our airbnb guests, but not anymore. We won't be coming back to Antonio's. They have an awesome staff n the best pizza n food . We love the food they make. Kid-friendliness: We take our 3 grandkids ages 6 to 12 they love the place n the food .
