Dunkin' - North Andover

The old lady with the bad makeup and piercing on her face has a nasty attitude every time I’ve been to this location. The service is bad, they speak to you with attitude, they give you the wrong order too.

Never before has a Dunkin’ Donuts truly given so few cares about service standards or anything regarding doing the work whatsoever. They’re there for a paycheck nothing more they’re greedy they’re hungry they want tips and they don’t care about whether or not they give you the right products. Don’t go here. Don’t acknowledge the people who work here as people because they won’t acknowledge you as anything more than a worm with money.

I love the iced cold brew with sweet cold foam!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp near the accessible parking, though the doors aren't automatic. They're not heavy, so it's easy to pull/push them open.

I'm not sure what her name is, but the new lady who works there is fucking terrible. She has a terrible attitude, horrible customer service, and makes quite literally everything wrong. Either train her or fire her. She sucks. I can't say enough how bad she is.
