Bidrage med feedbackI don't even know where to begin. We were looking forward to a delicious seafood meal that would impress us, but unfortunately, I have never been so disappointed. When we arrived, there was a large table and only a few other tables with 2-4 guests each. We were seated at our table but waited for over half an hour for menus. We were only offered a bottle of water, and no other drinks. When a waitress finally came to our table, she apologized for the delay, explaining that they were understaffed that night. When our food arrived, I was immediately disappointed. My seafood platter was overcooked, and I should have sent it back. My fish was cooked well, but I doubted it was garfish. My mom's whiting was very small. The only ones who enjoyed their meals were the kids and my husband, who had Moreton Bay Bugs. I noticed several plates being sent back to the kitchen, and as we left, I saw another diner confronting a table about the delay in their food. Overall, this was the worst dining experience I've had at a supposed seafood restaurant. Just... terrible.

The entrees we ordered were good - my husband enjoyed the fresh and tasty oysters he had and I liked the sashimi tuna, which was delicious and came out quickly. The only downside was that my husband's dish, the Fish, Scallop,...
The Ivy on O'Connell provided us with some of the best seafood we have had. The oysters were sensational. Be sure to ask about the specials. I had an excellent bouillabaisse (make sure you are hungry!) and the other recommendations by the friendly and knowledgeable staff were perfect. We wanted to return for a second dinner during our stay in Adelaide but unfortunately ran out of time. Highly recommended.
The pizza is delicious and when you request extra cheese, they generously pile it on.
