Richmond Grille - North Adams

My family attended an event at Richmond Grille for a Christmas party and I cannot give enough praise to the manager, bearder and kitchen staff. The Richmond Grille was beautifully decorated in all areas of the restaurant and thus brought a warm holiday presence. The food was A M A Z I N G! Such delicious Stuffed mushroom caps as I have never had before with Gouda and cut liquor, flower flowers frit, a beautiful fruit and vegetable plate that was so full of food, it was almost too nice to eat. The main dinner was a full taco bar so well done. Everything was made by scratches including guacamole and salsa. It was impressive, unlike any Taco bar I've ever seen. And it was all HOT served in a beautiful display. The manager (Shane) introduced himself to us when he cleared the tables and asked how everything was. Nice to see that a manager is so hands on and involved. The Bartender (Dee) wore a smile all afternoon. The event was open, so I'm sure she was super busy, but she never skipped a beat. Overall, my family had an excellent time in Richmond Grille, with great food and wonderful personal service. No more thing I see much more, my family will be sure to be back very soon. Richmond Grille is a hidden gem, but not so hidden in my book.

Stopped in for breakfast with my girlfriend. She ordered the Slider Trio with an orange juice and I ordered the Trio Meat Scramble with a coffee. The waitstaff was kind and quick to seat us, and take our drink order. Took a couple minutes planning what to get. Put our order in and within no time we had our meals. Absolutely amazing service and compliments to the chef. Breakfast was amazing and I'm excited to go back for dinner.

Delicious breakfast and friendly service! We conveniently parked on Main Street and used their side entrance (we didn't realize it was part of a hotel) and were seated right away. They had a traditional breakfast menu as well as a specials menu and a kids menu. Will definitely be going back the next time we visit North Adams!

Stopped here on a whim while visiting my parents. Even though they live in town this was their first visit also. Everyone loved their meal. I highly recommend the Beef Stew Boule. The service was great also. We arrived right about dinner time and we were seated immediately. It was quite when we first arrived but the dining room filled up quickly with no adverse effect on service.

Excellent food, excellent waitstaff. Very nice and very welcoming. A tad expensive, but well worth it for their menu! Highly recommend a night out with your significant other, or for some drinks at the bar!
