Crown Fried Chicken - Norristown

I moved to the west end in January 2023 found this place it has the Greatest gyros ever And the chicken with rice platter extra white sauce Norristown Best

1. The owner is very kind and polite Best customer service 2. The food ordered was Chicken seekh kabab over rice, it was yummy Best taste *Best place to have fried chicken, chicken/ lamb/ meat over rice MUST VISIT P.S. They have specials going on as well from 11 am to 3 pm.

The food is always Great, but the service isn't!! I'm always having a problem with just adding 4 Falafels to my chicken and rice. I'm from NYC....and that is just a regular for us. But for the servers, getting upset or not knowing how to add it to the price on the cash register...doesn't make sense?? When I'm coming all the way from Allentown or Philly I even from the auctions to get there food. Especially Halal. But if your not going have the right customer service I'll just forget this place!! Learn how talk to your customer's. To think in NYC no matter what it is no business is going treat there customers rude!! Just for that today 2/5/23 is last order I place. Bet to make sure I tell people in city council as well!!

Fried chicken sides are delicious. The rice platters are BOMB! The staff could not be more friendly, particularly the older gentleman- you can tell they really care about their customers the product they’re putting out. Prices are more than reasonable. Store is really clean nicely decorated too. Grateful to have this establishment in the neighborhood, thanks guys!

The chicken is good but hate that they changed the type of fries. The people are Greta and they remodeled so it looks good.
